Ok probably a loop hole, but when he is in the car sitting with the interpreter, he hears that they were going to a construction site to deal with some new merchandise, but he didn't say which one. Unless Paris only has one construction site in the whole city, how did Bryan know which one it was? I'm sure in a city like Paris there must be loads of construction sites!

I thought he followed them to the site? He left when they left didn't he?

Well that's one possibility, but if he was going to follow them anyway then what was the point in translating all that information? Oh well a minor thing.
