walt "confession" about hank being a drug lord makes absolutly 0 sense

and if the writing of the show was decent then hank would tell his police force about all of that WITH evidence.
thats what they called "plot armor" where a protaganist despite being screwd out of all logic wins because they want the show to go on…. thats what happens in BB and why the writing is such a clusterfuck
we already established the fact that the police can tap any phone and even if calls were made and werent tapped the police can easly get the recordings from the phone company. walt,gus,mike,jesse and all the others shared text messeges and said pretty incriminating stuff on the phone. not to mention hank could have just tailed walter into one of his meetings with the other guys.
vince giligen is a clown. he want to make all those mistakes just to make walt look more like a "badass" same with gus. for someone who is presented as careful gus talk way too much on the phone and also inviting his people for diner. the police could have also tailed mike to one of his meetings with walt and jesse but low and behold. they are selective about when they tail people or not. they would only tail them if they arnt doing anything while missing every important meeting they make. mike going into prisons with his lawyer and talking with the 8 inmates one after another surly isnt suspicious right? its not like prisons are tapped in reality and every meeting is registered right?
lets get back to walt pathetic attempt to say hank is a drug lord.- there are phone records of walt disproving this pathetic theory and incriminating walt, there are 0 phone record of hank supporting such a lousy story.
- hank is a well respected guy on the police force and this theory will not be credible to anyone
- hank getting money from walt for his recovery makes 0 differnces whatsoever. he dident knew it was drug money and his wife hidden that from him, she thought it was gambling money. walt cant deny the gambling story because even his son can confirm that.
- there are 0 evidences connecting hank with any drug empire for that matter. this is just a lousy story made up by walt. on the contrary there is the notebook and the profile drawing proving its walt.
i HATE how just to save this walt character who is just a scumbag for a couple of more episodes they bend everything. this is absolute ****ing bullshit and it should have ended with walt in jail and hank still alive

yeah i've seen this lame ass excuse when googiling about it. sorry but no. they dont actually break the phone after 1 use like people claim. its very rare when they do that. the police can tab any phone. dosent matter if its a burner phone,flip phone whatever. everything that is been said in a call is recorded by the phone company and the police can easly access it.
