I may be wrong about this, but I swear I read somewhere that she only decided to sell it because too many assholes would come by and throw pizza on the roof and got confrontational with her when she told them to **** off. She had enough one day and thought **** it I am going to cash in 3 Million and gtfo out this small, small house….

i'll admit that i was one of those people she told to f-ck off.
however, i think she did get a sense of purpose out of guarding her house from fans of the show.
so with no more breaking bad shows on the horizon and the housing prices at an all time high, she probably thought it was a good time to cash in and move to florida
