At the end of the episode Leonard says not to tell Howard about Hawking wanting an action figure. Now I know that every episode has to end with some kind of zinger but this was odd and a bit mean. Why not tell Howard ? And why would Leonard say that ? Stephan would love it and so would Howard. I am sure we might not see the Hawking doll again but stillI would have had the Hawking doll come into the frame with Howard showing it to Stephan while the gang watched.
And if anyone wants to know what I want right now. It is a Stephan Hawking action figure. Ooh how about a Prof. Xavier figure in his wheelchair and they can battle it out !!! -

I didn't think that joke really worked. But then Lemons once had to explain to me that Leonard was writing a letter to the Betty Crocker company to complain about the batter and not the measuring cup.

I don't think I've ever looked for frogs under my butt while I was wearing my Snow White gown. -

It would be Howard's ultimate opportunity to say "I told you so", and Leonard wasn't about to let that happen.
Plus it was time for more commercials.

They don't want him to think he can be right. That would be a dangerous precedent to set.

They're probably worried it would be something similar to after Howard visited the space station. This time instead of space, Howard could start finding a way to associate everything said to him with the Hawking toy.

That doesn't make a lot of sense, Howard going into space was about Howard, but the Hawking toy is really about Hawking, not Howard. Even if Howard did make it. And if some company started making and selling them, Hawking would get the money, not Howard.
It probably would have worked better if Bernadette had been there to say that, instead of Amy. Maybe while Howard was in the bathroom or out spending more money on baby stuff or whatever.
