    When he says : "She makes more money than I do" and they respond with
    "WHAAAAAAAA?"
    You can tell he wasn't acting at that point. Their delivery had him genuinely laughing.
    Imagine how many times they had to repeat that take since Kaley has tendencies to break character too.

                    And to have "broken character" would mean Johnny acting in a way that Leonard wouldn't have, but I think they both would have acted the same anyway.

                      I re-watched that scene earlier and can say without a doubt that he did not break character. His smile was too Leonardish.
                      I don't think I've ever looked for frogs under my butt while I was wearing my Snow White gown.
