In episode 5.11, Bernadette and Amy guilt tripped Penny into contacting a boy to apologize because she used to make fun of his stutter. A little over two years later in episode 7.14, James Earl Jones guest-starred. Keep in mind the boy (now a man) was still stuttering, according to Penny’s phone call with him taking forever. When she finally got off the phone, she imitated to Bernadette and Amy what he “stutterly” said to her. Even though James Earl Jones got the last laugh in terms of his bullies, I’m sure it still hurts him to see others go through that, fictional or not. Assuming he knew that TBBT wrote an episode involving a used-to-be bully (Penny and the stutterer), what were his thoughts on that?

Your fixation on idiosyncratic details really amuses me sometimes.
Reminds me of a good friend of mine.
