After Roth leaves the Senator's office, different historical sites are seen as the cab is taking her to her office. At one point the cab gets in a roundabout. In the roundabout is a large columned building surrounded by trees. What is this building?

Actually, the only building that fits that description is at the beginning of the movie, when Roth is on her way to the Senator's office, not after she has left it. The building is, I believe, the Lincoln Memorial. Hope this helps.

at the very beginning the helicopter shot is of the Lincoln Memorial and right after that the Russell Senate Office Building
1:21:19 after the interview, immediately after she gets in the car, the Lincoln Memorial is visible through the rear window and trees (which is far from the Senate),
1:21:31 WWII Memorial, reflecting pool, and Lincoln Memorial, near to far
1:21:36 FBI Building is reflected in the cab window
1:21:42 White House
1:21:50 Arlington National Cemetery
