Besides the fact that from reading this board it seems nearly unanimous the police in this film rank as stupidest ever
Wondering if anyone can post a more detailed plot summary of this film -

Found five highly-detailed plot summaries for this film within 20 seconds, so why should anyone take the time to type one out just for you, or provide links you can get in less time then writing your post?
