Trying to figure out name of movie…

My gf and I watched a movie many years ago and cant remember the name. We do not remember specific details, but the gist of it is that there are 2 couples who go on vacation and one of the guys is going to propose during the trip. They find a tour guide and during the tour, they get to a place where there are guards who tell them they cannot enter. The tour guide knows another way in and takes them there. The tour bus/vehicle breaks down and theyre stranded in this isolated town. The tour guide tries to fix the bus but its getting dark. As they are in the bus, they hear a sound and the tour guide and one of the guys go to investigate. The bus gets attacked. The guy on the bus gets injured and says to his gf he was going to propose. They end up leaving the bus. Throughout the movie people are being killed. We remember the tour guide had a tool that measured radiation levels. Whoever remained in the movie was running away, and at the end it was only one couple. The girl had dark hair. The radiation is too strong and by the time they reach the end the man is blind. There are guards and they tell them to stop, the man cant see and ends up getting shot. The girl is captured and ends up in an old hospital or something. She is brought in on a gurney and is thrown into isolation, and the creatures are in the same room. She is then attacked and thats the end of the movie. We couldnt find anything on google. Any help would be great, we have been trying to figure this out for days. Thank you!
