The region in Vietnam where Lucas buys the dope is said to be controlled by the Goumindang, led by Chiang Kai-shek.
Really? I never knew that there was Goumindang troups anywhere outside Taiwan after they were ousted from China when Mao Zedong and the communists came to power in 1949.
