After the credits there's a scene where Frank Lucas shoots someone. Who is he shooting?

Why would he shoot me? I didn't do anything to him.

Nick Fury for trying to recruit him into the Avengers.

It's a random target. This scene was meant to be used as the opening scene (in lieu of where Frank and Bumpy burn that guy and Frank executes him), but Scott felt the scene was too stylized, so he got rid of it, went with the other scene instead, and stuck this at the end of the credits, for some reason.

Could be a homage to "The Great Train Robbery", like it was in "Goodfellas", with Joe Pesci shooting in front of the camera.
