A lady gets up at a bar and she looks mad why?
Every time i see this movie on tv i always miss about an hr of it, i guess i better buy the bluray to watch the whole thing -

She's not mad. She was the girl in the bar who hassled Rocky when he was talking to the bartender (Marie) early in the movie. She mouths off to him and Rocky tells her not to hang around that guy she is with. Then when they are leaving, her boyfriend shouts insults at Rocky and they get into a scuffle. I think Rocky made her change her ways, since before the fight, the guy says "Rocky sucks" or something like that and she turns around and says, "Shut up!".
So yeah, she was proud of Rocky when the fight ended.
