Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Noah's Arc

I know that box set for season one has the "pilot", but it would be interesting to see the very first original movie. Anyone know if it's out anywhere on DVD? If anybody has seen this original, I wouldn't mind some comments on it, the storyline, etc. (I wonder how much different it is than the series, etc.)
Maybe Logo runs it every once in awhile- guess I'll have to keep my eyes open.
At the risk of repeating many of you- I was shocked the series ended abruptly. Too bad the current movie is in limited release. (guess I'll have to wait for the DVD on that, etc.)
I, too, just newly discovered this gem. Great for hopeless romantics-especially between Noah & Wade!

It is already out. It's located on the season one DVD. The 2004 product is what was screened at festivals, it was not to be a film, it is known really as an extended pilot, to give you a sense of where it would go and to hook you in. Prior to there even being a logo, Ian Polk shot this and designed it to be a pay as you go DVD, somewhat similar to NetFlix. But then came logo and it got picked up and thus what we have now.
