Oh, cr4p, LOL!..
Written and directed by Brit Alex Garland, who wrote 28 Days Later (2002) [..]
Did NOT need to know that. 28 Days Later is the biggest (overrated) POS, ever.
My goodness, all that we've been theorizing over - can go straight into the garbage bin. 100% he did
not
think about ANY of the things that we've mentioned, geez!
In fact, I'd bet my bottom dollar! Pftt. xD -

Ah, DANG IT!! Just went to look up an interview, of his, about the movie and I thought that it may, perhaps, change my mind; BUT, it was the biggest mistake, omg.
Here, check it out,
Ex Machina Director Alex Garland Interview
@
It's incredible, how he's full of it; Jesus Christ.
Basically
, as a writer, currency for me is stories That's And if, if I come across the story that is meaningful to me, as That's actually very valuable. Um, I need those things. So, yeah, I'd
^^ Not a clue, basically. You know, several years ago after watching Sunshine (2007), I caught an interview from Rose Byrne - on the film, completely by accident - and she UNPLEASANTLY surprised me, with her attitude towards a
solid
film.
You know, it was the best thing I've read for, um You know, about a year. It was SO good, very well written.
Liar, liar, pants on fire. Then, after she's done
PRAISING
the script to high-heavens, they show Danny Boyle kissing her @55, now (how she's THE greatest thing that has ever lived).
That's one of the interviews, Sunshine Interview - Rose Byrne,
(Just looking for that other one, where she completely buries the film - I'll edit this!..:))
