I absolutely loved him in this one. Can't wait to see his other movies. Too bad they're such a rarity, can't find one.

He was great in this. I feel like he never got enough credit. People still say on IMDB that he can't act. They should watch this. Too bad Vin never did more serious roles after this. Now all he does is Fast and the Furious movies.

I agree.
Even though it was a kid's movie, I thought The Pacifier was very funny and entertaining. Vin Diesel was great in that too. And from what I hear actors say, comedy is one of the most difficult things to do.
To be honest, I watched the very first Fast n Furious and thought it was ok, but never saw any others. I'm not really into those car movies.
I hope he does more roles that push him into new territory. He's a great action star, I think he's got a lot more in him. Some heavy dramatic movie with him in the lead would give him a great opportunity to get beyond the "The Fast and Furious guy" that so many people only think of him as. -

That's true. It's very hard. I was hoping Vin Diesel would play Venom one day, but I don't see it happening. People on IMDB mention all of these actors that are so small to play Venom. I'd like to see Vin Diesel or The Rock as Venom.
As far as the Fast and the Furious movies go, I recommend checking them out. None of them are as good as the first one, in my opinion. But they are worth checking out. I don't recommend the Tokyo Drift one. I don't even consider it part of the series. I have my collection and that's not in it. They put the character from Tokyo Drift, Han, in the later sequels. I wish the Tokyo Drift one just got buried. It didn't even have the feel of a Fast and the Furious movie. And we went without Vin Diesel for the second one, which wasn't so bad, but not even Paul Walker was in Tokyo Drift.
