She manipulated Tom into changing his job and then she hated that he spends so little time with her. She behaved like a maniac at the conference where she couldn't accept that she isn't allowed to visit the same seminars or when she didn't want to give him the workplace he wanted. She nearly destroyed all his job chances after they got together. I never watched the episodes where Tom spoke so highly of his job. He really loved what he did and it's sad to see that he had to quit the job so Lynette will be able to do her's in New York.

I agree she acted like a spoiled brat at the conference about not getting to go to the seminars. Talked about that in a little more detain in the who agrees? thread.
He didn't quit the job so Lynette could take the one in NY. He wasn't working then.
