Why not release the full version with both edits intact?

I was reading through the US vs European comparison, and found myself wishing come of the dialogue/edits found in one version would have been present. I own the Unrated/Uncut version, but some of the extended dialogue and different versions of certain scenes found in the US version seems, to me, like if both were integrated together then Babylon A.D. would finally be the coherent story it was intended to be.
The endind could have still been Vin with the two kids at the cabin, and him uttering the "Ain't that a b!tch" line. Would have given a smirk before the credits. -

Wow, I was really hoping someone would chime in.
The edits between the two versions, if combined, really makes the narrative flow better.
All in all, I like Diesel so I found entertainment in the uncut version (same with CoR). -

Take the extended cut.
Trim down the parkour nonsense, especially the guys running on all fours and rolling (Come on! it's faster to run!)
Add the Canadian airport and Humvee chase.
After the credits add the Vin with the two kids as a sort of coda.
Do it Doug!!!!
