I loved it even more than the first.
Loved it back when I saw it in theaters during summer of '03, and still love it now. Lots of action, great stunts, light-hearted jokes, catfights and it's just entertaining. It's brainless, sure, but that's one of the reasons why I love it. Three great chicks kicking butt for two hours and having a riot? Good fun. Fun script, fun cast, fun movie!
Definitely underrated and should never, ever be classified as one of the worst movies ever made. I mean
    really
    ?

^ Why don't you like it? Its a huge 2 hour fun ride! Hot chicks kicking ass and making funny jokes isn't good? And it was pretty huge when it came out. So I wouldn't call it underrated.

I also agree, too many people seem to bag on movies like this for being "brainless" but I personally enjoy these kinds of movies a lot more than movies that take themselves way too serious.
I go to and watch movies for fun. I play video games and read comics for their awesome stories and deep characters.

I agree that it was better movie than the first because it gave away any pretense of being serious and went all out for comedy. The ridiculously over the top nature of the action scenes worked much better in Full Throttle because of its comedy slant and for my mind this movie is exactly how Charlie's Angels should be.
Now some words about other versions. There seems to be a myth that the original TV series featured scantily clad females, lots of comedy and camp dialogue in every episode. Nothing could be further from the truth. As a child I mainly remember seeing the Angels fully dressed in rather unsexy clothing and for the most part it was all quite boring. After seeing a couple of episodes of it again quite recently, it sadly reaffirmed that my childhood perceptions of the show were spot on.
Then there was the sad case of the failed all new 2011 Charlie's Angels TV series. It would take too long to list all that was wrong with it, but primarily It took itself way too seriously and was a disaster.
So for my mind, Charlie's Angels: Full throttle stands as the best Charlie's Angels incarnation to see.

I agree completely. One of my favourite guilty pleasures. I enjoyed both movies but the second was more badass.
Boycott movies that involve real animal violence (& their directors)
