Old School or Big Lebowski?

I'm just sayingboth movies are very funny, I like both. My sister and me got in an argument, she said Old School was better, I said Big Lebowski. She says Big Lebowski is too over the top and not believable. So I'm going to ask you guys, which one do you think is funnier? (I'm posting this on both boards).
I need to know, I thrive on your opinion. Thanks for your votes. -

If you don't find Big Lebowski funny, you didn't get it. I love both movies, but Big Lebowski is just simply amazing.
And as far as believability goes, Old School is absurd. I still love it though - can't even tell you how many times I've seen it! -

And this thread is a joke. You cant compare this two movies. Old School is full of "haha moments" but that's it, they dont have anything else. The big lebowski is art. When you're comparing this two movies you cant even call old school a movie!
If you think old school is better then pls watch tbl as many times as you need to figure out why it is 100 times better and funnier or just wait maybe 5 years until you mature a little. -

wtf .comparing TBL to old school?there are plenty of movies out there you can compare old school too for the simple reason that its formulaic(spelled right i think)you should make a list of what movies have the that same tired formula,and then punch your sister square in the jaw.
try asking if TBL is funnier than 'withnail and i' or something.thats a case for a good argument. -

It's like comparing Kubrick's "Shining" to "I know what you did last summer", "Scream" or something of that level.
Silly, pointless and humiliating.
And i must admit i liked "Old school". But it's simple entertainment at best. Clever and sharp masterpieces like "Big Lebowski" are already BIG classics while "Old school" will be forgotten really fast. -

I think they are both really funny in their own way. Old school has funny parts and I am a huge fan of all the Frat Packers! My favorite scene is when Frank the Tank takes a dart right in the jugular. You're you're crazy man. Great! But I also love The Big Lebowski. I laugh during the whole movie. I love every line and every scene! The Dude and Walter are beyond great and there are so many funny quotes from that film. Why do you think there is a Lebowski Fest every year? There are devoted fans for that movie! I don't like to compare them because they are both funny. Although I have to say TBL is my favorite movie in my collection and I own both.
