But Mitch already got with Nicole and he expressed total disapproval over a girl like Heidi. Frank was already divorced and Heidi was just looking around for more playmates. I don't see anything wrong with this.

I think Mitch would be cool about it. He was totally over her at that point, and I don't think he ever really loved her to begin with.
Plus who could ever be mad at Frank the Tank?!?
