I think the actual address was feardotcom.com. As somebody else pointed out on this board, there was probably a fear.com already, and the producers were too cheap to buy the domain name from them. I checked it out about a year ago. It had some nice graphics, like the site in the movie, but (if I remember correctly) there was really nothing to do there. Oh, and I didn't die. I jus

I saw a porno once where the guy's penis was bent the thought alone was scarier than Blair Witch.
Dawn of the Dead - original (imagine being in a truly inescapable situation such as this)
oh, and here's one
FearDotCom - truly, absolutely horrifying that there was more than one person in hollywood that decided it was a good idea that this film should be made.
This is just going on story alone, if you'd like atristics to come into play let me know and I'll elaborate on my list, however, concerning Blair Witch, there is nothing frightening about people going out into the woods, hearing some noises for a couple days, bitching about a map, a bunch of sticks hanging from trees and then, for a grand finale (SPOILER if you could call it that).

I went to feardotcom.com not ever seeing the movie and thinking it would be some wierd stuff like the Saw movie site but I was thrown a paragraph of complete s***. Then I went to www.fear.com and thought it would be some wierd site like the Saw movie site. I was thrown some s*** about sending Rove to Gitmo. You wanna see some scary website? Alright go to google and type in scary pictures. Enjoy. Idiot.
