What is everyone's favorite lines in this movie?
Mine would have to be
Henry: (after being frightened by Daphne sitting in the kitchen) "You scared the bejesus out of me. So you're the milk thief?"
I also love the way he says, "I love you" to Daphne.
There are so many others that I cannot think of, but I am sure, once I watch the movie again it will jog my memory.

Gah! I haven't seen this movie enough times to know any particular "favorite quote", regrettably though. So I'll make it my quest to buy this movie and search for a favorite quote. Yay. Will give me excuse to watch Colin Firth movie

My favorite "serious" quote was when Ian says to Daphne "Why are you trying so hard to fit in when you were born to stand out?"
But there were also some really funny ones
Glynnis: I know my daddy's been naughty but what about me?
Henry: Remember when I told you how groovy I used to be?
Daphne: Are you wearing a bra?
Henry: I don't give a flying fart in space what you think!
And many more!
You can't run from the wind. You trim your sails, face the music, and keep going. -

So the part right after they decide to let Daphne stay with them Glynnis is trying to convince him to check up on her and she says
Henry"Checking up on what?"
Glynnis"I don't know. Criminal Record, Blood Type, Triple 6's on her skull"
She says it really fast, but when you hear it, it's hilarious!
By reading this you have just allowed me to control your mind for a short amount of time. Thank you -

I like the part when Henry is inviting Daphne to the dress show after they first met.
Daphne: These are the kinds of things that Gwenyth and Madonna go to, right? Do you think they'd be there?
Henry: I really have no idea what you're talking about.
Just the way he says his line is so funny to me -

Na, i like when daphne says to Clarisa and her two goons, "My evil stepsister, you've seen Cinderella, right? Let me clue you in, I win. "
Speech is given to many; intelligence to few.
The silence of a stupid man looks like wisdom. -

Na, i like when daphne says to Clarisa and her two goons, "My evil stepsister, you've seen Cinderella, right? Let me clue you in, I win. " and
Glynnis Payne: Now Daphne, we don't want to make a scene now, do we?
Libby Reynolds: Take your hand off my daughter or you won't get a scene, you'll get a Broadway Musical!
