The boot prints, didn't the detective say they found boot prints in the blood? What blood. The detective Reggie was shot climbing up a ladder, the blood splatter went behind him, he then fell down the ladder. Where was the blood that Spider stepped into to leave a boot print. Didn't they also say that they found Joey's foot print? How? He wasn't even there to step into any blood. Maybe someone can clear this up.
Help stamp out and do away with superfluous redundancy

I don't know about the blood splatter, but they never said they found Joey's foot print.

When Reg was shot, he was above the floor of the loft, so wasn't his blood in the loft as well as at the bottom of ladder.
