I hope the wall does get built. America would need to have adequate border security before making healthcare affordable, so a bunch of South Americans and Central Americans don't flood across the border to US hospitals.

I was just at a hospital and these Mexicans really are taking over. One was working the desk, and one of the doctors I saw was even a Mexican. GTFO!

With the way our government is today, it being shut down is still far larger and more overreaching than the founders ever intended.
