You're not good with faces ! The character was called Russel Maddox and was played by Sean Doyle. Paul Schulze played Jake, the one accomplice riding the motorcycle. At least going by their photos on here !

Shawn Doyle. I recently watched "Don't Say A Word" for the 1st time in 4 years, & recognized him from '24" Day 4, as CTU Agent In Charge of Field Ops ( Jack's job in Day 3 ), Ronnie Lobell. He is in the 1st 2 hours of "24" Saeson ( or Day ) 4.
