when Sally tells Duo that he left her treats and he responds with "if you're joking, that's cruel and if you're being sarcastic, thats even worse" what is she talking about?

Remember the scene where Duo and Heero force their way into the colony without their Gundams? It's about 20~ minutes into the movie. Before they fly in, Duo says, "P.S. Don't blame us if they run out of treats." in reference to the action they're missing out on.
