isn't there supposed to be commentary on the region 1 DVD?

I thought I read somewhere that on the 2002 Lion's Gate DVD of Lantana, there was supposed to be a director's commentary but I got a copy and it's not on there. Or else there was another region 1 DVD release that has the commentary?
