        It isn't. Not every DVD will come on Blu Ray the same way not every VHS came on DVD.
        I thought MGM was in charge of the distribution of the movie if that's the case, it'll be a no show.

          A quick search showed a 720p rip exists, with the tag indicating it was ripped from one of the MGM HD channels.
          Why they couldn't just put that on a disc with a price tag is puzzling. At least Can't Hardly Wait is available.
