Why was she mad with her sister? And, if I'm not mistaken, when she kept saying "he doesn't live here anymore", who was she refering to?

I always got the impression it was because Sara wanted to live the rest of her life the way she wanted instead of undergoing a bunch of chemo and whatnot for whatever amount of time she had left. A lot of people would find that selfish (not fighting foryour life to be with your loved ones). Her family may be a little overprotective, and her family and sister may not approve of this new life she has set up for herself, especially in her condition.

Hmm, I don't remember that line. Maybe she was referring to one of her previous "months", lol.

She was upset with her family for wanting to manage her treatment.
She had answered the phone while in her friend's apartment and that is how she discovered he had been talking with her family. She felt betrayed and lashed out.
