I know! haha, I was watching this movie & ended up falling asleep 20 mins into the movie.. then I woke up but didn't wanna look as I didn't want to spoil myself.. But I was hearing Katherine talking & I was like "Is she in this movie?!!" so I looked turned out it wasn't her!

Nope. I thought she really resembled Katherine Heigl - especially given that both actresses played a lively woman in love and unfortunately terminally ill from cancer.
