The Plot Outline really should be changed. The full one is okay, but the summary is really really wrong.
Catch NEVER claims to be her guardian angel and even if he did at some point, that's totally not what the movie is about. No wonder the score for this movie is so low, with a plot outline like that you get a totally different audience than the target audience.

      True that!
I kept waiting for something interesting to happen and it never did.

I agree! The way the film is (and still is) described is that Catch is supposed to be almost sinister, and it shows her cop partner saying "He doesn't show up in any system". There is no criminal suspicion of Catch in this film at all.
I went into this film expecting this to be the case, and kept wondering when that part was going to start!
Why couldn't it have been advertised as a romantic drama, which is what it was? It would have done better in the box office too, I would suppose.
"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
        "Didn't he discover America?"
        "Penfold, shush."
