Hmmm Did Tenchi really make his choice?

Well in the movie there was alot of hints at this being the movie where Tenchi finally chooses somebody. However I'm not so sure it's Ryoko. Wanna know why? Well read this and tell me what you think, and by the way it is cannon to the Tenchi Universe saga.
