Looking for title. Detective is taking a report from a woman who is stalling and is boring the detective. In final scene, just before detective leaves for the day he turns the tables on the woman—she turns out to be the villain. Pretty sure it was a made for TV movie. Entire movie is in the police station’s conference room or interrogation room.
