I believe Stewie broke the fourth wall and said "Game of Thrones is on" to the viewers, since the episode was gonna be about Lois, if I remember correctly.

In that episode where Peter traveled and became really smart, he changed the television set to a library and I think Chris said he wanted to the walking dead and Peter was like, I'd read to you Frankenstein. But that's all I know
There was also a Game of Thrones reference in the same part where Chris was like he wanted to watch Game of Thrones and Peter was like, I'll read Game of Thrones
