I think I remember one episode where all the kids are talking about how guys wear dresses in different cultures so they decide to dress one of the Puzzle place guys in a dress. Was this really an episode, or am I just hallucinating???

Yea, I think that episode is on youtube, actuallyaccentuate the positive. look it up.

It was Ben!!
And that episode was, "Accentuate the Positive." Julie was making a dress for her cousin and Ben was about the same size. I just watched this one yesterday on youtube.
