Not sure if this has been asked before but in the first film I didn't get what the deal was between Liz and Myers? It seemed like there was some hidden meaning behind them to he was so interested in her but didn't get if there was some hidden meaning behind it xx any answers behind this would be awesome x

Oldest story in the book: love triangle. Alas for Myers he wasn't fireproof, so it was obviously never going to be.
