This movie had its charms (among them Christian Campbell's dimples), but I keep reading about Miss Coco Peru's hilarious monologue in the restroom. Guess it's all a matter of taste, but I don't see this at all. He also has a Wisecrack standup special on Logo that is the unfunniest half hour I've seen. Just putting on a dress and remarking that you're a "little bit cheap" just ain't all that funny.

Actually I thought that was one of the funniest scenes in the film. SO campy, and his facial expressions and gestures just made me laugh. I guess it is all in taste, and I'm not really a drag queen fan, but this was amusing to me.

Oh GOD!!! How can you say that??? It's totally what made the movie!!! PLUS Logo's Wizecrack stand up (availible if you missed it on iTunes) is about one of the best gay stand-up's I have ever seen!!!
She is amazing, and her stand up is funny AND has that feeling of empowerment. And honestly, I have always kind of hated drag queens. I have yet to meet one that I could get along with. I dated one for about 2 months and it was the most disastarous relationship But Miss Coco is one that has given me new perspective on the drag world, (not that I am running out to pop on a dress my any means). The logo episode was just awesome!

Wasn't that Coco Peru who appeared on an episode of "Will & Grace"? in the opening of the episode Will, Grace, Jack & Karen are planning a thanksgiving visit to each of their families and somehow a drag queen gets into the conference call, was that him/her?
and regarding that bathroom scene, I really was laughing so hard I cried, it's all about her body languaje -

I loved Coco's monologue in the loo with Gabriel about Mark.
Those exaggerated facial expressions and verbose 'over-the-top' dialogue!
And, I loved her lip-synching to 'I am Woman'
'Theres a name for you ladies, but its not used - Outside a kennel! (Crystal Allen in The Women)'
