I saw this movie when it came to video,but I didn't like it as good as the first,plus its storyline as a sequel is out of order.But I was thinking,what if there was a part 3,who do you think would be a good actor to play Fred Flintstone?
I pick Jim Belushi.I watch "According to Jim" and I think he'd be perfect,if you think about it he kinda looks like what Fred would be in real life,plus his personality and way of getting into trouble is like Fred.

Yes, perhaps he would have been better than Mark Addy, who has the looks but got the voice totally wrong. Hearing him say his lines sounded like an automated announcement.

I thought Mark Addy was great as Fred. I thought all of the Vegas cast was great.
Jim would be a good choice toobut who would you pick for the rest of the cast?
The next onethe 3rd onecould have a teen Pebbles and Bamm-Bammwhich Jim would make a perfect Fred-dadfather of a teen daughter. lol -

If another Flintstones movie is made (isn't that one of the signs of the Rockpocalypse?) TPTB would be wise to stick with the Viva Rock Vegas cast. They looked like the characters, they sounded like the characters.
