If Kilmer hadn't attacked Mox, I wonder how many of the guys would have sided with Mox and refused to play the second half, and how many would have gone back out there. Aside from his main friends, it didn't seem like Mox had the entire support of the team, and I don't think he had any time to plan this move out before hand. There was an obvous shift in the sentiment of the team after Kilmer attacked, but that makes me wonder if they would have sided with him prior to that.
Remember too, most of the guys probably knew the reason they lost the previous game and blamed Mox for it.
