Last night's Saturday Night Live open was the WEAKEST I have ever seen. They showed their true elitism, arrogance and ASSumptions that ALL of America is in mourning because of Trump's win. Get it through your heads, you self-centered, self-involved liberals - TRUMP WON THE VOTES to get elected as our president. Therefore, NOT all of America is "in mourning". The fact is clear that MANY Americans are in celebration that Trump won, NOT mourning.
The arrogance of SNL, to use such a somber open to try to compare the election results with real tragedies such as 9/11 - where they feel they have to "bring the country together in our collective mourning". We are NOT in collective mourning! Your side lost - don't ASSume that everyone is feeling the same way as you in your loss! -

MAJORITY
of people hating it?
You got what you wanted.
At the end of four years let's if YOU'RE candidate really live up to your standards. -

the MAJORITY of the people don't hate it. And don't give me that "popular vote" nonsense - people voting without IDs do NOT count.
And acting like the entire country is in mourning, as SNL did - with the equivalence of our mourning after tragedies such as 9/11 and Sandy Hook - is the epitome of arrogance and false presumption. -

Liberals are such drama queens, no wonder Hollywood is overrun with them. I even saw some protesters playing the slavery card!!
SNL is a show that needs to cancelled. Purely liberal propaganda under the guise of comedy.
And the political party of Miley Cyrus and Pussy Riot and Kanye West LOSING? That's a good thing. -

I agree, it was lame.
I am getting tired of the mourning we are supposed to be doing. We didn't mourn when Obama got elected or George w or Clinton, why now? Also, I am embarrassed and ashamed of those who comparing our democracy in action to 9-11 or Sandy hook. I also felt sick when I saw some are comparing protesters to veterans. Such horrid behavior.

I actually thought it was a beautiful moment and tribute to both Cohen and Clinton. The rest of the show made light of all the election night scenes so both parties were equally ridiculed. Trump is now the President-Elect so he will be the topic of SNL for the next four years. You guys better get used it just like he will have to.
