          Don't know why the media is giving Trump so much credit for this. I doubt his tweet played that much of a role. The GOP leadership was against it, and usually if leadership is against something people fall inline. Other then that it also blew up into a big story, and republicans were taking alot of heat.

            I'm sure Trump's tweeting about it scared them, and it influenced their decision because now more people would know about it. If JA wants to give Trump all the credit out of some twisted conservative vs liberal obsession, that's on him.
