Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — KaBlam!

Both attempt to inject a comic book style into the MTV generation. But, think about it: Tank Girl is mostly live action, with some comic book page narration, while KaBlam! is mostly animation with more of a "real" look. Both come from the same era (ta-da, the 90's) and I think both are cool, hip, radical, whatever I have to say to distance myself from the 30- and 40-something Vincent Vegas out there.
Speaking of Pulp Fiction, that movie had Uma Thurman, who was in a movie named HENRY AND JUNE. Rated NC-17. Why this is in a cartoon is just weird.
