This was an American show. It involved a group of people, including the main cast if course, who were trapped in an isolated business or cabin with a murderer. They think it’s a man, but the twist is that it’s a woman. She may have killed the suspect. Someone who witnessed her kill someone finally tells the main characters. This was probably within the past 15 years. There might have been something supernatural involved.

It was The Night Shift. The doctors came upon an accident. There were people being smuggled into the US in the back of a truck. They couldn’t be rescued because of fog so they took refuge in a store. A woman told them a man was the coyote, but she was.
