Why do the promos give away the paternity answer?

I hate when they do the paternity test episodes. If you watch the promos at the beginning of the show or before the commercials, they give away the paternity answer before showing the story. If you see the woman dancing in front of the guy's face, you know he's the father. Or if you see the man dancing, you know he's not the father. Or if you see the woman running off stage screaming, you know he's not the father. why do they do that?

It can be annoying but somtimes the clips in the promos are shown out of context to give the impression that the woman is lying but when you see the result later she is found to be telling the truth.
Like somtimes when you see the women dancing in front of the guys that they claim are the babby daddys are actually from before Maury reveals the results when they are showing off for the audience crowd.Then the women are found to be wrong and the guy or guys in some episodes are not the father.
