The main thing that bugged me was that the movie didn't seem to know what it wanted to be. Like it started out as a dark comedy, then became this unusual-friendship sort of drama, and then ended with that really artsy, supernatural finish. So it was just all over the place. Maybe take all those elements and blend them better.

Well said. I enjoyed the movie, but had these same thoughts as well.
