    Every time there was a shot from the house, through the fence, of the street, I was under the impression that it was the same street as Groundhog Day did anyone else notice this resemblance??
    He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark.

          Yeah, I think it is, which would mean that the house is the same house also (the B&B from Groundhog Day). This actually is quite common. Sometimes movies will use the same houses and streets and such in different movies. Especially if they're part of a studio set (though I don't know if the street and house are part of a set. I'm just saying that it is common for different movies to reuse props/homes/streets/etc.).
