Hey guys,
How are you ?
Well, I watched the movie before X-mas (2009), I thought it wasn't bad, not great but still a good moment.
I thought that Monica Keena as the "Princess" was really cute. She plays a young & innocent girl that can also be brave & strong, I liked it. To me, Monica Keena in this role was really pretty.
The movie could have been a lot better though, well..
Have a nice day.

She gave Lilli a good range. It's a pretty good feature for the setting and the goal to try and stick to the Grimm's original story. David Cronenberg says that you have to betray a book when you adapt it to cinema. Much is lost and gained.

I'm actually glad to see a Princess like this one, particularly Snow White because usually Snow White is just seen as the submissive housekeeper for seven men. In this version she goes from the innocent and spoiled Princess who develops into an independent young woman who ends up saving the day.
Apart from being quite beautiful, she played the role brilliantly and there's such a strength in Lilli's character that I hope to see more of in future for young girls to look up to.
I can't help being a gorgeous fiend. It's just the card I draw!-Lestat
