Master Chief, while Demi tends to his wounds in the copter after saving his life: "I'll never live THIS down."

Although it was mean, I think the best line was from the C.O. Salem: "If you were like everyone else Lieutenant, I suspect we wouldn't be making statements about not making statements, would we?"

There are several great lines in this. I like the ones that pertain to the movie's themes including
"women are not the problem. WE are."
"No politician can afford to let women come home in body bags."
"Could you have pulled that man clear? Lieutenant, you couldn't even haul your own body weight out of the water today."
And of course:
Cortez:
You know O'Neil, I like you better when you drink.
O'Neil
: You know Cortez, I like you better when I drink.
I dont need you to tell me how good my coffee is.
