You know in the scene where Viggo Mortensen throws her over the table and starts to do something to her trousers is he trying to rape her or something because i couldn't really make out what was going on.

In real life if she were captured she certainly would have been raped. I don't think Viggo would have raped her. He was just trying to prove a point to Demi and to the other soldiers that women should not be in combat.
He didn't count on Demi kicking his ass but then again, in a real prisoner situation there would be more than one guard.

But in a real life situation she wouldnt have won against a small guy, nevermind a man who's as fit and healthy as viggo.

There's no way to know what the outcome would have been. O'Neill was pretty fit herself and obviously had the element of surprise on the Master Chief with that backwards head butt and back kick to the groin. Stunned him enough for her to take advantage. He took her for granted as probably any enemy would have since she was a woman with her hands tied behind her back and facing away from him. Had he been more cautious, it never would have escalated to the level it did.
But as mentioned before, in a real POW situation, there would probably be another guard present during the interrogation and any assault would probably be carried out in front of the other prisoners as to make them sympathetic and give up any intel to spare her more pain and degradation. That's why she told Flea not to let the Master Chief and company use her against them. MC wanted to show the others in the unit that she was a liability, if not herself then in how her team would perceive her by her gender. Im sure he had orders from above as well as his own misgivings.

I don't know why so many people misunderstand this. The Master Chief was ALWAYS on her side. He was testing to the extreme whether she and the men could deal with this kind of potential situation, and his little nod to her at the end of the sequence reveals that they passed his test. He doesn't actually believe she doesn't belong there - he just pretends to to make it tough on her, just like he takes pains to make the course tough on everyone.

i really hate when everyone says a woman cant beat a physically fit man?
ok im a girl and was in high-school wrestling and i may not have won every match but i certainly gave them a run for their moneyEven when i got bumped up a few weight classes.from 130 lbs to 145 lbs.and honestly when i was facing the heavier opponent, i did betteri think its like a survival instinct.so let me just sayit is possible for a woman to beat a man.

It's not a case of man v woman in this case. I don't believe for a split second a SEAL recruit would have got the jump on an experienced Master Chief like that, not by any stretch of the imagination! While I agree with your point as you described it, the instance in the movie would be like you facing and beating the state champion, whatever the sex.

This scene actually made me wonder if male POWs ever get raped as a part of interrogation. I'm genuinely curious anyone know?

He just wanted to put her into that position of vulnerability for her and the men's benefit to consider their weakness in such a situation.
As a previous poster had mentioned, he was always on her side. The only thing he hated was the politics that accompanied her- and rightfully so.

Rape is used as an act of war throughout history. So it is possible that in the real deal she would have been.
But was the MC actually doing it to her or just insinuating? I don't know. I just remember that part scaring me.
