The first movie had a great tagline: "God made him simple, Science made him a God." Short, to the point. A nice little reversal and it explains the entire plot in one little sound bite.
The second movie's tagline is a great example of taking something great and tacking on something unnecessary: "God made him simple, science made him a god, now he wants revenge." Revenge? Against who? God? Science? People? Why, for making him a god? Not to mention the fact that Jobe is not out for revenge against anyone in the movie. The only person in the movie that Jobe knew from the first movie is Peter, and they are friends. Jobe's not after revenge on VSI, he's using them to become a cyber god. He's not after revenge on the people of the world, he wants to be their messiah. It makes no sense.

Yeah, i know what you mean, Dr. Angelo was nowhere to be found, they even used some of the final scenes from the first movie in a half-assed attempt to tie them together.
They could have used another another tagline for this movie, something crappy like:
"He's back to finish mowing your lawn"
A crappy tagline to a crappy movie.
      Johnny
      :
The tower, the tower! Rapunzel, Rapunzel!
